First-class service

Our staff are dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The hotel's reception is open around the clock. Room service is available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and the 'wash and iron' service from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. You will receive any washing handed in before 11 a.m. on the same day, fresh and clean. Furthermore, our free sewing service is available for all kinds of small repairs, such as sewing on buttons. We will even iron a shirt and pair of trousers or a blouse and skirt for you at no extra cost. And should you wish to do your own ironing - no problem: A steam-ironing station is available especially for guests.

If you require a short refreshment break between meals you can help yourself to the buffet in the lobby throughout the day. Mineral water, tea, coffee and pastries are available free of charge.

40 parking spaces are also available for our guests.

Of course, we can also organise tours of the city and day-trips for you. Our hotel reception will reserve places on trips to (among others) Heidelberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber or on the River Rhine to Loreley. We will also take care of reservations in restaurants as well as tickets for the opera, concert, ballet and other events.
