First-class Service

Our staff are dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The hotel's reception is open around the clock. Room service is available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and the 'wash and iron' service from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Any washing handed in before 11 a.m. will be handed back to you on the same day, fresh and clean.

Furthermore, our free sewing service is available for all kinds of small repairs, such as sewing on buttons. We will even iron a shirt and pair of trousers or a blouse and skirt for you free of charge. And should you wish to do your own ironing - no problem: A steam-ironing station is available especially for guests.

Should you require refreshments between meals, you can help yourself to the buffet in the lobby throughout the day. Mineral water, tea, coffee and pastries are available free of charge.

40 parking spaces are also available for our guests.

We are more than happy to organise tours of the city and day-trips for you. Our hotel reception will reserve places on trips to Heidelberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber or on the River Rhine to Loreley, among others. We will also make reservations in restaurants and reserve tickets for the opera, concert, ballet and other events.
